Ο εκφοβισμός, ή αλλιώς «bullying», είναι κάτι που απασχολεί τα τελευταία χρόνια έντονα τους γονείς, αλλά και ολόκληρη την κοινωνία. Οι περισσότεροι γονείς όταν μιλάμε για τέτοια θέματα έχουμε συνήθως πολλές απορίες βάσει των δικών μας βιωμάτων. Αυτό ακριβώς θα προσπαθήσουμε να καλύψουμε μέσα από το συγκεκριμένο βίντεο. Θα καλύψουμε τις δικές σας απορίες, αλλά και θέματα γύρω από αυτές. Ας πούμε, όμως, λίγα πράγματα γενικά για το bullying.
Ο εκφοβισμός είναι η επαναλαμβανόμενη συμπεριφορά ενός ή ομάδας ατόμων πάνω σε ένα άλλο άτομο με σκοπό να υποκύψει σε πράξεις χωρίς να το θέλει, ή να μην προβεί σε αυτές με βασικό κίνητρο το φόβο, χρησιμοποιώντας απειλές ή και βία. Λεκτική, ψυχολογική ή/και σωματική. Το bullying δεν είναι στιγμιαία παρενόχληση, αλλά μια καθημερινότητα, την οποία βιώνουν συνήθως τα θύματα λόγω της επαναλαμβανόμενης συμπεριφοράς του θύτη και πολλές φορές, ίσως τις περισσότερες, μπορεί να μην γίνει άμεσα αντιληπτή.
Bullying μπορεί να υφίσταται ένα παιδί ή ένα ενήλικο άτομο, στο σχολείο, στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον, μέσα σε φιλικές παρέες αλλά και μέσα στο οικογενειακό περιβάλλον.
